With his viral smash hit "You Should Know," Sage The Gemini generated more than 3 million views off the bat in 2008. In 2013, the Fairfield, California-based rapper teamed up for the single "Gas Pedal (feat. IAMSU)" with the influential HBK Gang collective, which later went double platinum and proved to be a true crossover phenomenon: the track entered the Top 5 on Billboard's "Hot Rap Songs," the Top 10 on the "Hot R&B/ Hip Hop Songs," and #29 on the "Hot 100" overall chart - Sage's first-ever Top 40 success!
