Since the beginning of 2015, Trickfilmland has existed in Frankfurt's Osthafen. Behind the Trickfilmland is the animation studio of scopas medien, which allows interested people a unique look behind the scenes of an animated film production. You don't have to fly to London, New York or Disney Land to see for yourself and
experience how animated films are made for cinema and TV. No, all you have to do is come to Frankfurt's Osthafen.
You'll run into some stars of TV and cinema during a works show and studio tour. Among others, you can see and experience the real Sandman, Raven Sock, the national football team and Mrs Merkel. In Trickfilmland, the focus is on the experience. You will not only see original figures and sets, but you can also touch and feel them. Because, and this is the happy circumstance with Stopmotion Animation, everything is built real. The studio is filled to the ceiling with hundreds of figures and sets.
Guided tours last about 1.5 hours and are geared for all ages (3-99). For this, the studio then even stops its production operation. But there is not only something to see and marvel at, but everyone is also allowed to become an animated film director and animate. Possibly the
beginning of a great passion.
A maximum of 20 people can participate in the tours.
There are public dates for which you must register and special tours by request.
