The TV chef welcomes celebrity guests to his record attempt in Frankfurt

Steffen Henssler serves up once again - and this time so huge that the whole thing becomes a spectacular world record attempt. And that in Frankfurt's venerable "Gudd Stubb"! A challenge - but that's exactly what Steffen Henssler loves. Anyone who has ever watched "Grill den Henssler" or "Schlag den Henssler" will be able to confirm this. In the Festhalle, he now wants to set the ultimate viewer record for a cooking show. At least 5,000 viewers are expected to be there when Steffen Henssler, together with some guest stars, will present a very special evening all about cooking.
Under the strict eyes of the record judges of GUINESS WORLD RECORDS™ Henssler will cook with Jan Leyk as well as star chef Frank Rosin ("Topfgeldjäger", "Rosins Restaurants") what the stuff holds. Detlev Steves, Steffen Henssler's long-time rival from "Grill den Henssler", will also provide good entertainment and a lot of excitement on stage. The chef promises visitors something really big: "The audience in Frankfurt will experience the fattest and gnarliest cooking show ever. There will be cooking and frying, there will be chatting, there will be music and I will also have one or two surprises in store. I can already promise that it will be very, very hot. I want to set this record together with my fans. I'm counting on the Frankfurt and Hesse people!"
For Henssler, by the way, it would not be the first record: for one, he successfully trumped England's celebrity chef Jamie Oliver in April 2013. Equipped only with a knife, he chopped more chili peppers in 30 seconds than the Englishman, setting an official Guinness World Record. He also holds another such world record for ravioli folding from the same year. We keep our fingers crossed that a third record will be added in Frankfurt!
