On a stormy day, two characters unexpectedly meet and are drawn under the spell of an enchanted hat. The hat lives its own life. What is inside the hat? A bouncy ball, a pink cloud, a fan, an elephant, a vast ocean, or perhaps a model airplane? In a fantasy land, anything can happen: Things turn upside down, get reinvented, and can transform into anything you want. The magic hat and the newfound friends invite the audience to an exciting dance experience full of surprises.
After Sanna Lundström together with Shan-Li Peng brought out the dance theatre piece for children "Me and You from Head to Shoe" in June 2013 and performed it several times, a new dance piece now celebrates its Frankfurt premiere. This time it is a co-production with the Swedish choreographer, dancer and dance teacher Linn Lundmark, who works in Sweden with her dance company Celi Dance. The piece will be performed both in Sweden and here.
Following the performances, the artists will offer dance workshops, focusing on the children's own movement exploration.
