Title fight and women's fight
On September 17, 2022, Frankfurt will become the MMA capital of Germany. Then rises the premiere of "Germany's toughest league" (according to Bild newspaper) in the myticket Jahrhunderthalle. We Love MMA is one of the largest mixed martial arts series in Europe and comes with the 58th edition for the first time in the Main metropolis. Now the first fights for the great martial arts spectacle are fixed and the Hessian mixed martial arts fans can look forward to hard-hitting duels including a title fight of their local hero and a women's fight.
Nearly a year after Leo Lauber of MMA Spirit Frankfurt took over the middleweight crown from the title holder Dustin Stoltzfus, who is now under contract in the UFC, it is showtime for the undefeated champion in his hometown. On Sept. 17, 2022, the top dog will enter the cage of "Germany's toughest league" to defend his title. The task will not be easy for Leo Lauber. Because with Alexander Djukic, he will be facing an experienced man who has been in the professional business for almost 10 years and has already plowed through all the relevant professional leagues in Germany. The man from the Paderborn Wombats, who arrives with two wins in a row in the luggage, does not come to Frankfurt to distribute gifts.
Frankfurt can look forward to concentrated female power in the cage for the premiere of We Love MMA in the Jahrhunderthalle. In the Catchweightfight on 62,5 Kg the two experienced Kickboxerinnen Dilara Kocak of the renowned Fightschool Hanover and the Swiss Danielle Misteli meet. In their parade disciplines, kickboxing, both already collected numerous national as well as international titles. Dilara Kocak says to We Love MMA: "I'm really looking forward to the challenge of MMA and of course I want to win titles here at some point. I did my first fight at We Love MMA and my big dream is to become champion." But now the thick kickboxing gloves are exchanged for the thin MMA gloves. A fireworks display of punch combinations and kicking techniques is to be expected, celebrated by two experts of their craft.
In another exciting duel, Bulgarian Deyan Galinov from Offenbach's Pyranha Gym and Wiesbaden's Andris Galaida will meet. Galaida stood only in May of this year in the We Love MMA cage, where he lost out after three years off against a bear-strong Kevin Hangs. Now he's looking for a win just 30 kilometers from his home. His opponent Galinov can look back on an eventful amateur past and has already fought eight fights at three IMMAF European and World Championships for Bulgaria. In terms of experience, the man from Offenbach is therefore in no way inferior to Andris Galaida from Wiesbaden. More fights will be announced soon.
