For all those who enjoy Asian cooking and are looking for unusual ingredients or food, there is now a new address in Frankfurt: "go asia" opens second supermarket in Frankfurt
The new location in the basement of the My Zeil shopping center offers an impressive selection of over 7000 original products from the Far East, including food, drinks and non-food items.
"go asia" presents specialties from countries such as China, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. In the food sector, in addition to fresh fruit and vegetables imported weekly by air freight (with a focus on Thailand), there are also numerous frozen products such as fish, shrimp and dim sum, Asian convenience products as well as dry goods and canned goods.
The Asian food specialist offers over 100 different types of noodles alone - from wheat noodles to udon noodles, glass noodles, egg noodles, konjac noodles and a huge selection of instant noodles. You can also find almost 100 varieties of rice here, including different types of jasmine rice, sushi rice, basmati rice, sticky rice and even rarer varieties.
But that's not all, of course. GO ASIA has around 7,000 products on offer in Frankfurt. Various soy sauces, curry pastes, fish sauces, juices, coconut water, corn snacks or sweets such as mochi with honeydew, ginger sweets, sesame cookies or dried fruit can be found on the shelves here. The new supermarket also offers numerous delicacies for lovers of vegan cuisine. There are also a number of non-food items such as rice stoves, steamer attachments, woks, chopsticks, pots, sushi items and more.
The new "go asia" supermarket in the My Zeil shopping center is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm.
