#Childaid Night - Magical Gala for Children in Need

Not only events like concerts, theatre performances, fairs or readings are not allowed to take place at the moment. Numerous charity events also had to be cancelled due to the Corona pandemic. The Childaid Night will take place despite the lockdown - but only on the net. There you can watch a magical gala with Mitri Sirin, Nicolai Friedrich, Alin Coen and many more.

On the first Advent, 28.11.2020, you can watch the interactive fundraising gala at 19:30 in a live stream on YouTube. Nicolai Friedrich, world champion of mental magic, will then conjure himself directly into your living rooms and send your brain cells on an unforgettable roller coaster ride. Alin Coen, the artists of Circus Waldoni and the Night of Music Trio will also ensure that, despite Lockdown, there will be a festive glow on this first Advent evening. All of these artists are committed to the work of Childaid Network and the right of all children to education!

Even in these difficult times, it is more important than ever to stand up for the children who face poverty or educational disadvantage even without a global pandemic. Their problems have been exacerbated by the pandemic and the associated lockdowns. The children are now often threatened with child marriage and child labour instead of school. They are to be helped with this fundraising gala. Besides magic and music there will be reports from the projects of Childaid Network in Nepal, India, Myanmar and Bangladesh. The children, who are the focus of this evening, will also have their say. Among other things, they will tell how they experience the crisis.

You can experience a great gala and support Childaid Network's projects from the comfort of your own home. Take the time and tune in on November 28. Access the live stream via the website www.childaid.net or directly via Childaid Network's YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/51Tid0R67yA
