Mainova water nature trail celebrated 1st birthday with a summer party

It's been another year since the opening of the beautiful <link https: www.frankfurt-tipp.de freizeit s der-wasserpark-eine-kleine-oase-mit-geschichte.html _blank>Water Nature Trail at the Water Park on Friederger Landstraße. The first birthday was celebrated last Friday by Mainova with a beautiful summer festival at the water park. Children and adults can playfully get to the bottom of the importance of water in our everyday lives at various stations. Connected by a 200-metre-long wooden walkway, the water-bearing exhibits retrace the path of the number one foodstuff from its extraction to its use and treatment.

Mainova CEO Constantin H. Alsheimer was very enthusiastic on the occasion of the first anniversary about the great popularity that the water trail has received in the first few months: "The importance of water for us humans, but also for nature, has been particularly felt in the past hot weeks. Drinking water is an ideal and inexpensive thirst quencher, delivered free of charge directly from the tap. Mainova ensures a reliable supply for the constantly growing city and is committed to the conscious use of this vital resource. The water educational trail playfully conveys the great effort that must be made to provide drinking water of the highest quality at all times."

Hessenwasser Managing Director Elisabeth Jreisat added: "As a historic site for Frankfurt's water supply, the water park is an equally beautiful and excellent location to use the water nature trail to remind people of the importance of a permanently reliable supply of hygienically perfect drinking water."

The water nature trail will operate from spring through fall. Hours of operation are based on the <link https: www.frankfurt-tipp.de freizeit s der-wasserpark-eine-kleine-oase-mit-geschichte.html _blank>Water Park closing schedule. Admission to the park and use of the water trail are free. During the winter months, the water-bearing exhibits are taken out of service.
