Restaurant sander comes to MyZeil

Guests can expect handicraft and best enjoyment

A look behind the scenes of the Sander Frische-Manufaktur

When FOODTOPIA opens in April 2019 on the 4th. OG of the shopping center MyZeil will open its doors, then the restaurant sander will also be there as part of the new experience destination. Guests can expect a modern interpretation of German cuisine with international influences there, which is intended to make taste and quality tangible for everyone with fresh products from own production.

The sander may be a new star in the restaurant sky, but the Sander brand is by no means unknown in the restaurant market! That's because behind the name is a fresh produce company that has been serving all food service markets with high-quality products for over 45 years.

Also the products used at sander for the restaurant and deli dishes, which are created in the open kitchen right in front of the guests, come from in-house production at the fresh food manufactory in Wiebelsheim. "With us, people with a love of detail are behind the development and production of every single food component. In 15 manufactory areas, we produce high-quality fresh products for all occasions: from meat from our own butchery or salmon from our smokehouse to sweet creations from the Sander Pâtisserie and fruit salad made from selected fruits," explains Peter Sander, managing partner of the Sander Group. With over 2,500 products, the Sander Frische-Manufaktur offers a variety that is unique on the market.

The development of the sander menu is currently in full swing: the restaurant team, Sander's own innovation chefs and managing directors, both trained chefs, are putting their combined experience, passion and innovation into the creation of the food offering. "Good food is an absolute matter of the heart for us and our team. The future sander menu is the work of our own chefs from star gastronomy, and a culinary trend trip through Europe sometimes served as inspiration. Also international impulses of a London top chef, who was invited to Wiebelsheim, flow into the creation of the menu," says Peter Sander about the realization of their own high standards for the sander.

"We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy good food every day. For us, that means dishes made from fresh and natural ingredients that are seasonal and selectively regional. That's exactly what our fresh produce factory in Hunsrück stands for and that's exactly what we will offer our guests at sander," Peter Sander is pleased to say.
