Äppelwoipudding

- 0.5 liters of apple cider

- 1 packet vanilla custard powder

- 40-60 grams sugar, depending on how sweet you like it

- 1 packet chocolate sauce powder or ready-made chocolate sauce

- 3/8 litre milk

- 40 more grams sugar

Preparation:

First, mix a dash of the apple cider with the custard powder. Then bring the rest of the cider to a boil with the first portion of sugar. Once boiling, stir the Ebbelwoi-infused vanilla pudding powder into the boiling cider. Bring to the boil and then pour into a bowl. Place this in the fridge to cool. If you have decided to use ready-made chocolate sauce, you now have a little time, which you can use perfectly to browse a little more on www.frankfurt-tipp.de . If you prefer to make the chocolate sauce yourself, proceed as follows as soon as you notice that the pudding has cooled down properly: mix the sauce powder with a small amount of the milk. Heat the remaining milk with the second portion of sugar (40 grams). Once the milk is heated, bind it with the sauce powder. Then pour the finished sauce over the pudding, which has now become stiff and cold! Enjoy it!
