- 1/4 liter Frankfurt apple cider

- Butter

Preparation:

First you need to cut the onions into small cubes and mix them with the cream and cider with the help of a mixer. Now grease a baking dish with some butter and pour about half of the mixed sauce into the dish. Now place the fillet in the casserole dish and pour the rest of the sauce over it.
