Since a while you can also learn how to make cupcakes in the Genussakademie.
If you look at the creative cupcakes of Ewa Feix, you almost take your breath away, because next to them a normal cupcake looks like a prefab building next to Versailles Castle. Ewa conjures from fondant namely flowers, patterns, completely edible works of art, as you only get to see very rarely.
In this course, the sympathetic Canadian introduces in detail and clearly in this delicate art, patiently shows how to make the first steps in decorating and of course also reveals many a useful secret. Since decorating cupcakes takes a lot of time, especially for beginners, Ewa brings along already baked cupcakes according to the recipe from her basic course, as well as a Swiss Meringue buttercream to spread on the cupcakes. The focus here is on working with fondant and flower paste, from which fondant roses, flowers and other decorative elements are formed, which are then placed on the cupcake.
It is practical for this course if you already know how to bake cupcakes (for this there is still the successful course "Cupcakes") but it is not a prerequisite.
