To explore and understand nature with its infinite diversity of life forms in order to preserve and sustainably use it as a basis of life for future generations - this is what the Senckenberg Gesellschaft für Naturforschung has been working towards for almost 200 years now. This integrative "geobiodiversity research" and the communication of
research and science are Senckenberg's tasks. Three nature museums in Frankfurt, Görlitz and Dresden show the diversity of life and the development of the earth over millions of years. The Senckenberg Nature Research Society is a member of the
Leibniz Association. The Senckenberg Nature Museum in Frankfurt am Main is supported by the City of Frankfurt am Main and many other partners. More information at <link http: www.senckenberg.de _blank>www.senckenberg.de
