In the past years it has become a nice Christmas tradition that the Circus Carl Busch has made a guest appearance with its Great Christmas Circus on the fairground at Ratsweg. Already seven times top-class artists, clowns and illusionists have provided for shining children's eyes and enthusiastic adults. But due to the Corona pandemic, the traditional Christmas guest performance, which was to take place from 18 December to 10 January 2021, must unfortunately be cancelled.
The decision was not easy for those responsible, as for the 8th edition of the "Great Christmas Circus" once again an extra strong program had been put together, with which the audience should be thrilled anew. But there is also good news: Of course, the "Great Christmas Circus" will be back in 2021 - from 17.12.2021 to 9.1.2022.And the circus makers already promise that they will come back to Frankfurt in 2021 with an absolute world-class program stronger than ever before to thrill the audience in the blue and white tent palace.
As one of the four largest circuses in Germany, Manuel and Natascha Wille-Busch and the rest of the team are proud of the fact that they have so far come through the Corona crisis on their own - and this despite the fact that they too have not been allowed to give any guest performances since March. From Whitsun until the end of November, the winter quarters were open as Freizeitland Wille-Kinderzoo. Located in idyllic countryside on the Romantic Road, visitors could visit the circus animals there in their spacious stables and outdoor enclosures and enjoy numerous other attractions.
Tickets already purchased for the Great Christmas Circus 2020 will remain valid for 2021 and advance sales for 2021 are also already underway.
