Bookable
The beautiful action "Guest in your own city" continues in 2017. This year, Frankfurt residents will once again have the opportunity to stay at some of the city's best hotels and shop for Christmas presents in a relaxed way. The idea behind this is that participants in the campaign should experience their own city from a completely new perspective for once. On Monday, October 16, from 6pm, the booking platform at <link http: www.frankfurt-tourismus.de _blank>
will be unlocked and rooms will become bookable online. And anyone who has ever stayed in a hotel in their city will be able to confirm that it really is a special experience. IT'S a bit strange to feel like a tourist, but also very pleasant for a change. Because strolling through the shopping centres or through the shopping streets in a relaxed way, without having to worry about the daily chores at home, really gives you a slightly different view of the city. It's a really nice campaign initiated jointly by FRANKFURT HOTEL ALLIANCE and Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main. 2017 "Guest in your own city" - Christmas Shopping will take place from 8 to 10 December.
In two categories, guests will stay in one of 25 top Frankfurt hotels during their short break - for 59 or 69 euros per person in a double room. Breakfast is included on the day of arrival and departure. For 49 or 59 euros per person, the stay can be extended by a second night; single rooms cannot be booked. Also this year, a child up to twelve years of age can stay free of charge in the room of the parents in some hotels.
Also included in the price is the Frankfurt Card for two days, which offers participants numerous perks such as free use of local transportation in the city area or reduced admission to 28 Frankfurt museums.
Room bookings can be made from Monday, 16 October, 6pm, until Friday, 17 November, 3pm, exclusively via the online booking portal of Tourismus+Congress GmbH. Detailed information on booking modalities can be found at <link http: www.frankfurt-tourismus.de _blank>
