We already drew your attention HERE to the big Eintracht Family Day at the start of the season. Now we can present you all the final information at a glance. On Saturday, August 11, you have the great opportunity to be close to your favorite players and spend an eventful day in the stadium.
Free admission at Family Day
The stadium gates open at 11am on this special day. Admission to the Eintracht Family Day is free. Since parking spaces are rather scarce, you should definitely come to the arena by public transport. If you do come by car, be prepared for traffic jams and the search for a parking space. Cars can also be parked free of charge at the Gleisdreieck or the Waldparkplatz from 10am onwards. You are allowed to bring up to 0.5 l PET bottles as well as up to 0.5 l Tetra Pak, but bicycles and animals are not allowed on the stadium grounds. Visitors to the Family Day will pay at the catering stands in cash only. Families with small children will have the opportunity to drop off their strollers during their visit.
Various Family Day
When the event begins at 11 a.m., the large event park will also open right away with its hands-on activities from all the sports departments of Eintracht Frankfurt e.V. Those who do not want to actively participate in this can also take a photo of themselves and the DFB Cup in the foyer of the business area starting at 11 a.m.
Official team presentation at 12.10 p.m.
Traditionally, the German Cup winner's team will present itself on stage with the new coaching team as well as the familiar and new players. Things will get underway at 12.10pm. Before that, at 12 o'clock, the start and the presentation of the project "VITA Assistance Dogs" will take place on stage.
Nostalgic Family Day
The museum will offer half-hourly tours of its treasury and stadium at discounted rates from 11.30am to 2pm. Eintracht Frankfurt won its first and only German championship to date in 1959, and the museum will host an autograph session with players from the championship team in the museum tent starting at 1pm. In addition, there will be a flea market with Eintracht rarities in the museum tent.
Fan activities on Family Day
