With the show "Cinema of Dreams" Apassionata brought a colorful spectacle to the Festhalle last weekend. Horse lovers, whether big or small, got their money's worth from the performances. The performers took the audience on a journey through time as the two protagonists, Eve and Tom, lived and experienced the history of cinema. The show is a tribute to the golden era of movie theaters, when it was still a brand new, magical experience for visitors to dive into strange, sometimes fantastic worlds. And it was exactly this feeling that the makers of CINEMA OF DREAMS wanted to convey to their audience. Just like in a good movie, the visitors in the Festhalle were offered gripping action, tender romance and lots of comedy. Amazing dressage performances of the high school and fiery rousing acrobatics on the horses, accompanied by the appropriate acoustic accompaniment struck the audience in their spell.
Whether Shetland ponies, donkeys, Pura Raza Español or beautiful Friesians - no matter which breed was just to be seen in the interior of the festival hall, the spectators were always enthusiastic and enchanted. Especially with the many children present, one could observe shining eyes and soulful smiles. No wonder, as it became clear once again what beautiful, majestic animals horses are. And the show that was staged here underlined this very well.
The audience agreed at the end: it was an all-round successful show - and not just for little horse lovers. The Apassionata team has once again more than lived up to its good reputation, so that most visitors are already looking forward to the next tour.
