Great honour for Benjamin Jansen, the manager of THE Spa Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof. He is one of the ten nominees hoping to win the Spa Manager of the Year award. The award is presented by Messe Düsseldorf and the German Wellness Association as part of BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF (09 - 11 March 2018). The aim is to recognise exceptional spa management.
The award will be presented on Sunday, 11 March, at 2.45 pm at Treffpunkt Spa & Wellness (Hall 9). The ten finalists will also meet to exchange ideas in the discussion panel "Learning from the Best" on Sunday, 11 March, from 2 p.m.

It has not been possible for a long time without Spa Managers in good city or resort hotels, large wellness facilities, therapy institutes, thermal spas or day spas. The task of these managers is multifaceted and at the same time requires a high degree of flexibility and a flair for innovative ideas. These specialists perform both operational and strategic management tasks and develop offers and concepts that are specifically tailored to the individual needs of customers. Spa managers combine various professional components and are responsible for business administration, marketing, public relations, quality and product management, as well as for sales, personnel management, guest services and in some cases also for the implementation of spa treatments on the guest.
For this award, all spa managers could be nominated who are currently employed or independently manage a business or a corresponding department and impress in a special way by their performance or their characteristics.
