Benjamin Jansen ranked 3rd in Spa Manager of the Year

<link https: www.frankfurt-tipp.de ffm-aktuell s ugc benjamin-jansen-aus-frankfurt-is-nominated-for-award-spa-manager-of-the-year.html _blank>As we had already reported to you, Benjamin Jansen, the manager of THE Spa Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof, was among the ten nominees hoping to win the Spa Manager of the Year award in 2018. As part of BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF, the award was now presented by Messe Düsseldorf and the German Wellness Association. Jansen had to admit defeat to the winner Maren Brandt from the Schloss Spa und Fleesensee SpaWorld from Göhren-Lebbin and the second-placed Karina Schulz from the Hotel Zur Bleiche Resort & Spa from Burg in the Spreewald, but still made it onto the podium with third place!

With the award, which was presented for the seventh time this year, Messe Düsseldorf and the German Wellness Association acknowledge the growing importance of spa managers. Jansen was also recognized for its exceptional spa management. The winner, Maren Brandt, has been working as a spa manager since 2009, and at the Schloss Spa the new title holder has been looking after the well-being of guests for around 18 months. "I am very happy about this award. What I like most about my job is the versatility and dealing with many different guests," said the lucky winner. Maren Brandt enjoys travelling to Asia and is passionate about kitesurfing as a balance to her job.

Maren Brandt, Karina Schulz and Benjamin Jansen are outstanding examples of how important good spa managers are for success and above all for guest satisfaction. Whether in good city or resort hotels, large wellness facilities, therapy institutes, thermal spas or day spas - without good spa management it is simply no longer possible. The task of these managers is multifaceted and at the same time requires a high degree of flexibility and a flair for innovative ideas. These specialists perform both operational and strategic management tasks and develop offers and concepts that are specifically tailored to the individual needs of customers. Spa managers combine different professional components and are responsible for business administration, marketing, public relations, quality and product management as well as for sales, personnel management, guest services and partly also for the execution of spa treatments on the guest. And you can feel that as a guest at THE Spa Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof!

From us the best congratulations on the 3rd place to Benjamin Jansen and his entire team!
