On Monday it was finally time. The first German branch of the American burger restaurant FIVE GUYS has opened in Frankfurt. Located in the middle of the Hauptwache, the spacious, brightly inviting restaurant was visited by numerous burger fans for the hotly anticipated opening. The announcement that FIVE GUYS was coming to Frankfurt had made waves on social media months ago. Many who have become FIVE GUYS fans through visits to the USA, London, Paris or Madrid wanted to make sure that burgers, fries and shakes taste just as good in Germany as they do in the other branches. And those who didn't know the burgers yet, just wanted to see and taste what caused such a storm of enthusiasm on Facebook and co.
The Frankfurt FIVE GUYS team was pleased about the crowds of visitors and proved a very good organization right from the start. Despite a full house, no one had to wait long for their individual burger - and that despite the fact that each burger is only freshly prepared after the order is placed. So it's fair to say that the FIVE GUYS premiere in Frankfurt was a complete success. And given the many satisfied faces and positive statements we saw and heard during our visit, it can be firmly assumed that the success story of FIVE GUYS in Germany has only just begun.
