Charity Bootcamp for the Rebuilding of the Korean Pavilion

It is always sad and extremely annoying when beautiful places in the city are wantonly destroyed. This happened a few weeks ago in Grüneburgpark, where the Korean Pavilion burned down. After the Parks Department decided that the pavilion should be rebuilt with the help of donations, the Frankfurt Bootcamp team decided to hold a charity bootcamp, the proceeds of which will go entirely towards rebuilding the beautiful pavilion. The event is free for all participants, but there will be the possibility after the joint training to give a voluntary donation for the campaign.

Actually, the bootcamp should already take place on 01 July, but was postponed due to the continuous rain on that day. new date is now On Saturday, July 15 at 11:30 am in the Grünburgpark on the <link https: www.facebook.com pg originalbootcampfrankfurt about _blank>large meadow near the entrance to the Palmengarten

The training is suitable for beginners, as well as advanced. The exercises are performed with your own body weight and small equipment. Different levels from easy to demanding are offered. The fun of the sport in the team is in the center of this event.

If the weather gods it really does not mean well with the organizers: in thunderstorms or storms, the training will be postponed of course. Safety first!

The training will be led by Helge Thorn, head coach of the Frankfurt Bootcamp.

All you need is weather appropriate sportswear (tip: check the weather forecast shortly before), a water bottle & of course motivation for the training and to do something good for it.
