CINELLI's expands while adding winter ice cream creations to menu
Today, November 18, CINELLI's Ice Cream Rolls celebrates its new opening with its ice cream studio inside MyZeil. In keeping with the festive season and the decorative ambience in Frankfurt's largest shopping centre, lovers of the icy treat can not only look forward to a new and larger interior with an expanded seating area in front of the atelier, but can also enjoy new winter ice cream creations. The classic Ice Cream Roll cup will now get a boost with creations paired ice cream with dough.
With the new "Ice Panino", CINELLI's proves once again that the most innovative ice cream creators are at work in the local atelier. This hot and cold treat consists of a warm brioche filled with a cold ice cream filling. The brioche, filled with creamy ice cream and delicious toppings, is briefly baked in a special Ice Panino press. In the process, two hot non-stick plates heat the brioche bun and simultaneously seal the edges, encasing the ice cream center.
Fans of the classic Ice Cream Rolls can also look forward to the new "Ice Roll Dogs." Based on the popular hot dogs, these are composed of an Ice Cream Roll in an elongated brioche bun with a choice of cream or other toppings and make the perfect dessert snack.
The well-known Ice Cookie Sandwiches are also currently experiencing a revival at CINELLI`S. The sophisticated treats make conventional sandwich ice cream in wafers look pretty old. That's because the so-called "Ice Cookie Sandwiches" feature homemade ice cream with respective toppings and sauces served between two homemade cookies.
Last but not least, the new "Hot Fudge Brownie" is perfect for all chocoholics. In the hot-meets-cold variety, customers get a creamy ice cream scoop, whipped cream and sauce on top of their warm chocolate cake chunks with a liquid chocolate center
