Clothes make the man-Charity Gala

On Saturday, November 12, 2016, the 2nd charity gala "Kleider machen Leute" will take place at the Hotel Kempinski in Frankfurt Gravenbruch.

The campaign "Kleider machen Leute" by the initiators Stephan Görner and Sven Müller honors people with extraordinary, difficult, strenuous or dangerous professions. Recognition, appreciation and respect for these professions, without which a normal life in a big city such as Frankfurt would be impossible, are the goal of Nikita Kulikov's photo works. He ensures that the sewer worker, the toilet attendant, the garbage man or the correctional officer is authentically photographed at the workplace before and later in a noble costume or in a tailor-made suit by Stephan Görner.

At the end of the year, an annual calendar with all twelve motifs is created, which is handed out to the guests of the charity gala Kleider machen Leute and, of course, to all amateur models. "It is the highlight of our annual work for the project," says Sven Müller, head of organisation for the gala. "The 300 tickets for it are already sold", because with us the price-performance ratio is right, Stephan Görner is pleased. In the 195 euros admission is the champagne reception, the 3-course canlelight dinner and all drinks in the hall included.

Patron is the Hessian Prime Minister Volker Bouffier. The gala will be hosted by the charming radio presenter Evren Gezer. Star guest is the British tenor Paul Potts. He became internationally known through his participation and victory in the British casting show "Britain's Got Talent."

Besides Potts, the Fashion Connection will provide dinner and dance music. Later in the evening, DJ Labella will spin until the early hours.

A highlight will be the VIP fashion show, where five well-known personalities will venture onto the catwalk in bespoke suits and costumes by Stephan Görner to showcase his fashions. The successors of Bernd Reisig, Mirko Reeh, Peter Fischer, Florian Rentsch and Mick Knauff are: Juan de la Cruz Amodor, German celebrity chef known for his use of molecular cuisine. Uli Stein, ex-national keeper and former goalkeeper of Eintracht Frankfurt, Arminia Bielefeld and HSV. Thomas Ranft, TV presenter, HR weatherman and science journalist. Markus Mörl, singer Neue Deutsche Welle (Ich will Spaß, Kleine Taschenlampe brennt) and as the first female model the presenter Rabea Shif, as a reporter for ProSieben she was on the road for the magazine 'red!' and afterwards she was for 2 years the face of the show "Prominent" on VOX. Currently, she continues to work freelance as a presenter and model.

Stephan Görner: "We are happy to once again support the Leberecht Foundation, which cares for disabled and disadvantaged children and their families, and hope to again receive a check for 20.000 Euro from the proceeds of the raffle and the donations to the foundation".
