(kus) On Saturday, April 29, is Compost Day. Rhein-Main Biokompost GmbH (RMB) invites young and old gardening enthusiasts to an informative and at the same time playful and entertaining visit to Peter-Behrens-Strasse 8 in Frankfurt's Osthafen district from 10 am to 4 pm.
While the children romp on the bouncy castle and ride on the small sweeper or on the garbage truck, the adults can have the quality of the garden soil they have brought tested free of charge, find out about compost and how it is made, or take a tour of the biowaste treatment plant. The RMB is currently being expanded because it has recently started processing organic waste from the Offenbach district.
There is a 20 percent discount on all products from the RMB shop (including compost, potting and plant soil, seeds, substrates, mulches, fertilizers, etc.) on this day. On top of that - while stocks last - there will be a gift of a flower box with expertly potted balcony flowers.
RMB is a wholly owned subsidiary of FES Frankfurter Entsorgungs- und Service GmbH. More information about RMB at <link http: www.rmb-frankfurt.de _blank>
