Countdown to WORLD CLUB DOME 2022

"The joy is immeasurable," says Bernd Breiter, CEO of BigCityBeats, about the upcoming launch of WORLD CLUB DOME on Friday, June 03. It would have been a damn good feeling to come back to the Waldstadion after a break of three years to host the biggest club in the world for three days, presenting the whole range of club music on several stages in and around the stadium. Still the construction is in full swing, but it is already clear that even after two cancellations no smaller rolls will be baked, but that again plenty of spectacular will be brought up to offer the estimated 60,000 visitors who are expected here per event day, a great show.

So Breiter promises a true showcase of superstars, which will include David Guetta and Steve Aoki as well as Sven Väth, Sido, Gestört aber Geil, Robin Schulz or Alle Farben. A total of around 200 acts will perform over the three days. In addition to the music stages, there will also be a food court, which is built like a street food festival and - according to the Las Vegas motto - even a chapel where you can get married (Elvis impersonator included).

Biggest opening ceremony of the WORLD CLUB DOME with David Garrett and the hr-Sinfonieorchester Frankfurt

A real spectacle may also be expected from the opening ceremony. Bernd Breiter is particularly pleased that for this additional technology can be used, which has been installed in recent years in the arena. No less than a legendary opening ceremony is to be offered, as it has never been seen at any festival before. Star violinist David Garrett and the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra will perform the "Space Table Symphony," the official soundtrack to the "BigCityBeats - SPACE CLUB KITCHEN," live to a gigantic light and fireworks spectacle. This will be a show spectacle in Las Vegas style, where the many awards of the video clip will also be presented. And when the multiple No. 1 DJs in the world Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike start their set with 1.8 kilowatts of sound afterwards, an energy is shot up from Frankfurt that spreads around the world from above.

Space Club Kitchen will be part of the World Club Dome

Originally scheduled on 19. March and postponed due to the Ukraine crisis, the "SPACE CLUB KITCHEN" now takes place at the WORLD CLUB DOME in Frankfurt. Bernd Breiter's visionary concept unites people worldwide through the universal languages of music, culinary arts and discovery: "When entertainment meets research, we can fascinate people for scientific topics. We want to use entertainment's strong attention to science to showcase its immense importance to people. We're creating experiential spaces and connections between different worlds to get young people excited about science, and we want to encourage them to get involved." The event also kicks off Breiter's "ONE BILLION MEALS From Outer Space" initiative, which aims to raise 1 billion meal donations for charities.

The event will also feature celebrity chef Tim Mälzer and astronaut Matthias Maurer, who recently returned to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS). To the starting signal of the action the BigCityBeats WORLD CLUB DOME connects with up to 50 global Dinner Events among other things in Amsterdam, Ankara, Athens, Auckland, Barcelona, Dubai, Erbil, Hong Kong, Houston, Cairo, Mexico City, Rome, Toronto is switched. And so that really everyone worldwide can participate in the SPACE CLUB KITCHEN, the renowned production company Tresor TV will produce a show from the event, which will be broadcast in an app. All information about the app is available at: www.spaceclubkitchen.com

No question: this WORLD CLUB DOME will be more versatile than ever before, more colorful and spectacular than any of the previous editions of the event. Up to 2,500 employees and a 120-page security concept will ensure that everything goes smoothly, guaranteeing a unique experience for all participants in front of, on and behind the stage. After all, everyone should be able to say at the end: "That the long wait was really worth it!"
