(ffm) On Thursday, November 1, Diana Rauhut will start her work as a new member of the Management Board of Mainova AG. Diana Rauhut was appointed to the regional energy supplier's Management Board by the Mainova Supervisory Board at the end of August 2018 for a period of five years. In future, she will be responsible for the Sales Private and Commercial Customers, Marketing, IT and Customer Service divisions.
As part of the consistent strategic further development of the Group, the Supervisory Board had resolved to expand the Management Board from three to four members in order to meet the challenges posed by the increasing transformation of the energy supply system as well as digitalisation and the associated multitude of new tasks.
The Management Board of Mainova AG will thus be composed of the following members from 1 November 2018: Constantin H. Alsheimer (Chairman of the Management Board), Norbert Breidenbach, Lothar Herbst and Diana Rauhut
