Eintracht Museum publishes special city guide

There are many city guides about Frankfurt. There are also already numerous books that introduce their readers to very special places in our beautiful city. But this city guide has really been missing: just in time for Christmas, the Eintracht Frankfurt Museum publishes "59 Eintracht-Orte", a city guide through Frankfurt on the traces of the Eintracht. Waldstadion and Römerberg immediately come to mind. But of course the book offers much more.

For example, it presents the various sports facilities that have been home to the club over the past 121 years. First and foremost, the legendary Hundswiese, where the footballers met at the turn of the century. In addition, fans discover typical Eintracht locations in the book, such as the gymnasium on Oeder Weg or, of course, the Römer, the scene of major club celebrations. But Eintracht has also left its mark on the Haupt- and Konstablerwache. The book reveals which ones.

Where did the club's founding actually take place? Where were the offices in the 1950s? Where was the pub of world champion Alfred Pfaff? What is the connection between the Paulskirche and Eintracht? And was Friedrich Stoltze really a member of the club? On a tour of Frankfurt, Eintracht fans and Frankfurt lovers will be amazed at where Eintracht locations are to be found everywhere.

The book by Eintracht connoisseur Axel Hoffmann and Matthias Thoma, the director of the Eintracht Museum, is packed with exciting information and numerous photos. On 178 pages, the fan learns everything there is to know about Eintracht and the traces that the traditional club has left in the city. The perfect Christmas present for every Eintracht fan! The book costs 15 euros and can be ordered at museum@eintrachtfrankurt.de.
