The Skyline Garden, the rooftop garden of the Skyline Plaza shopping center, was transformed into the Europa Christmas Market for the first time last year. While that went down quite well, it also revealed significant room for improvement. This was put to much better use in the second edition. With a view of the Messeturm and the Europaviertel, an atmospheric market has been set up that not only offers ten huts selling delicacies from all over Europe. This Christmas market also features the world's largest Christmas ball, measuring 5.5 metres in diameter, a four-metre high, festively illuminated replica of the Eiffel Tower, as well as a transparent tent in which drinks are served at the unique ice bar. In addition, Christmas live music always immerses the market events in a very special atmosphere. As if that were not enough, this year the elegant and unusual "Skyline Tube" also invites visitors to linger in comfort. In the Plexiglas tube you can enjoy your mulled wine on cushions and skins, garnished with a spectacular view of the skyline.

The Europa Christmas Market is easy to reach by elevator. As soon as you enter the rooftop garden, a very special atmosphere sets in, which is intensified as you walk along the stalls. While a disco ball suspended in the middle bathes the market events in a light that seems a bit like magical (and dry) snowdrifts, visitors can relax and decide which European cuisine they would like to curb their hunger with. Perhaps with a delicious soup from Tilly`s Aunt? A Pulled Pork Burger from We Celebrate Catering? With delicious cheese spaetzle from MAIN WIEN? Or maybe fried herring from Swedish restaurant Svea after all?

But also really good pizza, Belgian fries with delicious sauces, raclette from Switzerland or tarte flambée from Alsace are prepared here - the latter also in a Hessian version with Handkäs. Of course, waffles, almonds, bratwurst and various mulled wines are not to be missed. If you want to relax a little after Christmas shopping or meet up with friends after work for an atmospheric after-work mulled wine, the Europa-Weihnachtsmarkt is the place to be. And corporate Christmas parties can also be booked here.
