After the first two weeks, guests of the Guck Mal Wer da Kocht were able to spend in Peru, the culinary world tour now continues. The second hosts of this exciting gastronomic concept are Sazón Caribe. Until 17 March, they will be serving culinary delicacies from the Dominican Republic, Cuba and Puerto Rico prepared in the premises at the Parkhaus Börse. The menu includes dishes such as La Bandera Dominicana, a country-style dish of chicken in spicy sauce with rice and fried plantains, or albondigas (beef balls in spicy sauce with avocado salad) and a mixed vegetarian plate.
Important to the team at Sazón Caribe is not only the freshness of the ingredients, but also the interplay of diverse flavors. Typical herbs and spices of Latin American cuisine are used as well as exotic vegetables such as plantains, sweet potato or manioc. All dishes are accompanied by homemade salsas (sauces/dips).
As always, you can find the current menu and more information about the current host at www.guckmalwerdakocht.de. It is always possible to find a seat without a reservation. One important piece of info for larger groups: Reservations are accepted at info@guckmalwerdakocht.de and are principally only possible for the evening after 18:00.
