Congratulations: Iryna Heim from Frankfurt a.M. is one of the twelve make-up professionals who have successfully qualified for the BEAUTY Make-up Award during BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF (29-31 March 2019).
The submitted application convinced the jury and so Iryna Heim will prove her skills on Friday, 29 March 2019, at 4.15 pm (Meeting Point, Hall 10). The three first places are each endowed with cash prizes and trophies.
BEAUTY Make-up Award "Feminine Power"
"Feminine Power" is the motto of the BEAUTY Make-up Award. Here, real professionals compete who are over 25 years old, have completed training as a make-up artist/visagist and have at least three years of professional experience. The models on stage wear fashion from the label APART Fashion, and an elegant, wearable make-up look is required to go with it, giving the motto "Feminine Power" a lot of expressiveness.
For the radiant make-up look for this year's championship, a clear and even complexion is first created. In doing so, the foundation is natural, fresh and matches the skin tone. The make-up is powdered for a softer effect, and the cheeks may be made to glow slightly with a highlighter. Eyebrows are traced and filled in their natural shape. Eye makeup is gently blended outward in a soft gradient from a slightly shimmery creamy beige to apricot pink<x>ampersand</x>eacute; to a matte brown shade. Lashes are heavily mascaraed on top and bottom. The face is subtly contoured and highlighted in an apricot pinké natural. Lips are dramatically highlighted in a creamy strawberry red to define the confident, strong look.
Alongside the BEAUTY Make-up Awards, the Young Make-up Talent Awards will also take place, with up-and-coming talent aged between 18 and 24 competing.
