Happy Easter is the word again this year at the <link https: www.frankfurt-tipp.de freizeit s zoo-frankfurt-ein-erlebnis-fuer-die-ganze-familie.html _blank>Frankfurt Zoo! On the Easter holidays, the zoo invites you to a very special walk into the spring season. Younger zoo visitors will be especially happy about this: in the craft tent they can marble Easter eggs and Easter crafts can be made with various materials. Those who would like to design a greeting card can visit the workshop of the nature conservation ambassadors. And that's not all: you can have your face painted as your favourite animal, test your knowledge in the zoo quiz, prove your dexterity in the monkey game and your sensitivity in the feel box.
Frankfurt-Tipp.de will also be on site with a stand where you can get our free FRANKFURT-TIPP GUIDE. And our dear colleagues from RheinMain4Family will be providing lots of fun with the Big Baggerlandschaft at the large playground!
Since not only we humans like to eat eggs, but also some animals, there will also be special feedings on the subject of eggs on both days. The animal keepers have hidden eggs for the great apes and spectacled bears. Anyone who would like to watch the animals nibble is welcome to do so. The dwarf mongooses don't treat raw eggs very delicately, but simply fling them at a stone. Meerkats eat both cooked and raw eggs, and woodland dogs and pinnipeds also love the nutritious delicacy.
Regular zoo admission prices apply. The zoo is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Easter Sunday and Easter Monday events run from 10 am to 6 pm.
