Ghostly wind lights and unicorn gliders - Sunday brunch at Le Méridien Frankfurt now with childcare

Brunch buffet as a Sunday meeting

Professional care for children from three years / creative program for entertaining hours

Sunday. Sleep in. Combine breakfast and lunch and join friends or family for brunch at Le Méridien Frankfurt: "Time for quality time" is General Manager Wolfgang Selinger's maxim for Sunday brunch at The Legacy restaurant, promising one of "Frankfurt's coolest brunch locations." New: From now on there will be professional child care during brunch by the agency Farbenfroh from Oberursel. Every Sunday, the children's program has a different theme; the care takes place from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm.

"Our Sunday brunch is a popular offer for friends and families who want to spend a relaxed Sunday afternoon in the casual atmosphere of The Legacy. Some of our guests bring their children - it's just more relaxing to have the little ones occupied," Selinger says of his motivation to offer extensive childcare alongside brunch every Sunday. It was important to him not to simply entertain the children with video films, but to give them the opportunity to be creative and to come into contact with other children. For example, in the fall, the little ones make unicorn gliders, owl window displays or ghostly jack-o'-lanterns, and on Halloween, they paint pumpkins.

Friends and family can also gather for casual brunches at The Legacy on Sundays in Advent and both Christmas holidays. And even then, children are catered for: as parents celebrate this special time of year with a particularly festive buffet, the Farbenfroh staff will be making Santa Claus bags or wooden decorations with the children, for example, and whisking them away on Christmas Day and Boxing Day on a fairytale Christmas adventure to experience and share. By the way, the childminders are all trained pedagogues, educators or entertainers. Children from the age of three can take part in the care.

The Sunday brunch at Le Méridien Frankfurt costs 38 euros per person. Children up to the age of six get to attend the brunch for free, and for children aged between six and twelve the brunch costs 19 euros. In addition to the brunch buffet, the price includes a welcome drink, house wine, beer, soft drinks, homemade iced tea, coffee and tea as well as parking in the underground car park, subject to availability. On Sundays in Advent and on December 25 and 26, guests can expect an even more extensive buffet. The price per person on these days is 49 euros; again, children up to the age of six are free to attend, while children between the ages of six and twelve pay 50 percent.
