Delicious limited-edition rainbow cocktails are sweetening up the summer at participating Hilton hotels, while making a statement about equality and inclusivity. The "Pride Coladas" will be available at Hilton Hotels & resorts in celebration of the various LGBTQ events taking place across Germany this summer - including, of course, during the CSD in Frankfurt! The cocktails, available in the six colors of the Pride flag, all please with the same well-known coconut flavor while still conveying a meaningful message: despite appearances, we're all the same on the inside.
guests will not be able to choose the color of their drink, which will be available at select German Hilton Hotels & resorts during Pride festivities. Instead, they will be served one of six variants at random, again echoing the message of equality. Each variant tastes like the famous original Piña Colada, which was invented in 1954 at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico before becoming a staple on cocktail menus around the globe.

The idea for this, to set a sign for tolerance and equality with such a cocktail, does not come from nowhere for Hilton Hotels. After all, Hilton has been awarded the title of "Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality" by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for four consecutive years. This year, Hilton has supported LGBTQ events around the world, including serving as the national presenting sponsor for Capital Pride alongside the Hilton float in Washington DC, near its McLean headquarters.
