Kelterei HEIL presents the Cyber Cider

Hesse without cider - unthinkable! But even if this drink enjoys a very special status in our region, we are of course not the only ones who drink cider. In other countries it is just called cider or cider and it tastes completely different than what we pour out of the Bembel into our ribs. In the past, there were no border crossings. It was hardly ever exported. But due to the increasing popularity of cider, this has changed - also for local companies like the Kelterei Heil from Laubus-Eschbach in the Taunus. Here one has recognized relatively early, which potential in the Cider is, which represents for years world-wide the strongest growing beverage kind and also in Germany ever more paragraph finds.

So the Kelterei Heil brought out already 2001 with the mark COOPER`S a successful Cider and is so successful thereby that it can keep up with the sales with the global acting competition. So far, no other company from Germany has managed to do this. And for the wine press Cooper`s has become the most important brand next to its own. And since cider is discovered by more and more people as an alternative to beer, not only in the USA, and the market is also growing steadily in Germany, there are now cider offspring at Kelterei Heil.

In the development, a very special target group would be targeted: The two booming "gamer" and "manga scenes in Germany. Since they should not only be attracted by the taste of the cider, but also by the design, great importance was attached to the design of the can of CYBER CIDER LEMON. Help came from the region in the form of Christina Plaka, the first and one of the most successful manga artists in Germany. Plaka has been successfully running a manga drawing school in Offenbach for several years. Despite her busy schedule, she developed the design for the can, which now features "Lemon Girl", together with her colleague and David Brinkmann from the agency slate19, who had already created the new look for Cooper`s two years ago. The new cider was then also appropriately presented in the charming Japanese Café MARTELLA on Friedberger Landstraße. In the atmospheric ambience, where you are usually served homemade cakes and Japanese pastries, Martin Heil told together with the artists and graphic designers about the creation of the new product and even gave a little glimpse into the future. Because there are already ideas for further cyber cider characters in case CYBER CIDER LEMON is a success. There is already a first success for the new cider: The refreshing mixed drink is already listed in large supermarket chains throughout Germany.

That the success of cider is not at the expense of our beloved cider, Martin Heil is convinced: "Cider is in no way a competitor to classic cider. Our organic cider is an alternative to wine, Cooper's and Cyber Cider go more in the beer and beer mix direction. Our classic cider, of course, represents the Hessian identity." But here, too, the Heils are moving with the times and proved last year that tradition and modernity do not necessarily have to be mutually exclusive. With the Darmstadt agency Kraenk, they dared to make a courageous and radical cut in the presentation of the ciders. This step was not easy and certainly left one or the other viewer a bit disturbed. But the bottom line is that the ciders now fit the times and don't have to hide visually from the in-house cider and cider products.
