LEGO exhibition in Skyline Plaza

A 380 cm high Statue of Liberty, built in 18 days from 50,000 Lego bricks, or the 3.5 meter tall replica of the Empire State Building made from 110.000 bricks - these imposing structures from the Brick Factory of "Brickmaster" Rene Hoffmeister are just two of the highlights that can be seen in the Skyline Plaza shopping center at the Frankfurt Trade Fair until November 5 as part of a LEGO promotion. Many other exhibits and landscapes in showcase display cases also impress with their lovingly crafted details and special ideas. The exhibition is particularly aimed at families with children who love to play. For young and old there is a center rally, where you can go on an amusing bug hunt.

In addition to the Statue of Liberty and Empire State Building, especially the Roman temple made of LEGO bricks should please all historically interested visitors. In the original, this imposing structure made of light marble stands on the Acropolis Hill in Athens. The model shows the authentic layout of the building with the 8-column front and 17-column long sides, at the front is a large flight of steps, which leads into the three-part interior.

Seeable components of the exhibition are also the LEGO objects and dioramas presented in showcases. Here there is a reunion with the GHOSTBUSTERS, a trip to the world of STAR WARS, a firefighting operation in the big city and much more. Since you can not get out of looking and discovering.

holiday action - LEGO giant mosaic of 65.000 LEGO bricks!

Another highlight of the exhibition is the construction of a LEGO giant mosaic during the autumn holiday week. Visitors to the Skyline Plaza will build a giant LEGO mosaic measuring an impressive 4.5 by 3.5 meters in a joint effort. A motif from the world of "Petterson and Findus" by the famous children's book author Sven Nordqvist will be recreated.

Those who want to join in can do so daily from Oct. 24-29 from 12:30 p.m. to about 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to about 5:30 p.m. to lend a hand and participate in the big project. It's a great experience for visitors to Skyline Plaza and LEGO fans from throughout the region.

Fault Rally

What is Marge Simpson doing in a knight's castle and why does the Roman soldier have a radio in his hand to inform his colleagues about the Germanic attack? Funny little bugs are built into the LEGO dioramas that will delight young and old alike. All visitors are invited to join in an exciting and entertaining hunt.

Grand LEGO Sweepstakes

It is well known that sweepstakes are very popular. In the Skyline Plaza it becomes tricky and exciting to the LEGO exhibition, because who estimates the number of LEGO bricks in a transparent cylinder best, can win great prizes.

The LEGO exhibition in the Skyline Plaza Frankfurt can be visited from Monday to Saturday during normal opening hours. Admission is free.
