New vaccination center in Sachsenhausen: Now also Dribbdebach is vaccinated

The vaccination campaign is currently running a little slow again. Nevertheless, the offer in Frankfurt will be expanded from next Monday, February 14. Then the new vaccination center south will open in Sachsenhausen in the former building of the city school office in the Seehofstraße 41. Thus it is to be made still easier for humans "Dribbdebach" to be inoculated: "It is very important to us that many humans uncomplicatedly get an inoculation offer of the public health department", say Dr. Peter Tinnemann, director of the public health department Frankfurt. "The vaccination center south in Sachsenhausen complements our offer to the exhibition center, the main guard and the many mobile offers."

The most important facts about the new vaccination center:

The Immunization Center South will initially be open until Sunday, 13. March, open daily from 11 am to 7 pm. Appointments can be booked now and always seven days in advance at www.terminland.de/impf-frankfurt/online/IIMPFZENTRUM_Süd_Frankfurt.

Vaccination without an appointment is also possible. The following documents are required: A valid identification document, vaccination card, health insurance card and, if an appointment has been booked, the appointment confirmation.

Vaccinations are given to people over the age of twelve, and the vaccines offered are Comirnaty from the company BioNTech and Spikevax from the company Moderna. Children from the age of five will continue to be vaccinated exclusively by appointment at the vaccination center at the fair. For this, there are many free appointments at www.terminland.de/impf-frankfurt/online/Impfen_Kinder_unter_12_Impfzentrum

Directions: Numerous parking spaces are available at the vaccination center. Access is via Gerbermühlstraße 48, the parking spaces are signposted. Streetcar lines 15 and 16 stop directly in front of the vaccination center, stop Heister-/Seehofstraße. The vaccination center is also easy to reach by bus and S-Bahn, for example with bus line 45, stop Heister-/Siemensstraße, or with the S-Bahn to the stop Mühlberg or Lokalbahnhof.
