The FOUR Frankfurt urban development project is gaining a new gastronomic addition: the internationally renowned restaurant operator BIG MAMMA from Paris will be implementing a new concept covering around 1,100 square metres in the historic base of the T1 high-rise tower. The opening is planned for the third quarter of 2026.
Developed by Groß & Partner, FOUR Frankfurt is one of the most prestigious construction projects in the Main metropolis. With BIG MAMMA as a tenant in T1, the project can now boast another prominent addition. "The concept is a win for Frankfurt's restaurant scene and fits perfectly into our vision of an urban, diverse destination," explained 1920s and will be complemented by an inner-city roof terrace, the likes of which Frankfurt has never seen before.
"FOUR Frankfurt is a visionary project," emphasises BIG MAMMA co-founder Tigrane Seydoux. "We are realising our most ambitious restaurant to date there – with a level of design and technical sophistication that has never been seen before in our group."
Culinary centre at the heart of the project
Together with the planned District Market, the BIG MAMMA restaurant will form the gastronomic heart of the entire quarter in future. The concept combines creative interior design with Italian cuisine and a deliberately staged lifestyle – a unique selling point that is likely to attract both residents and visitors to the city.
