Power fer de Tower - An evening for the rebuilding of the Goethe Tower from FFM Aktuell

Goethe and more.
The news struck many Frankfurt residents to the heart: The Goetheturm, one of the city's landmarks, had burned down. Calls for a reconstruction were quickly raised - by citizens as well as by politicians. But it didn't stop at calls - numerous suggestions and initiatives also came in - for example at the book fair, where donations were already being diligently collected. For Thomas Bäppler Wolf, alias Bäppi La Belle, it was immediately clear that he wanted to do his bit to help Frankfurt get its Goethe Tower back as soon as possible. He called - and many of his colleagues and friends answered. Together they put on a big benefit show, which will take place on Monday, 15.1.2018 in the Leopold Sonnemann Saal of the Historisches Museum Frankfurt.
A star-studded line-up of well-known Frankfurt actors, singers, authors, magicians and entertainers is promised, the likes of which have never been seen before.
