Ristorante Brighella will be the exclusive host in Germany for the live broadcast of the renowned Alba truffle auction. The event on November 12, 2023 celebrates culinary heritage and emphasizes the importance of cultural exchange through the art of gastronomy. This year, Ristorante Brighella will take its guests on a virtual culinary journey linking Frankfurt with the gastronomic hotspots of Vienna, Hong Kong and Singapore.
By participating in the live broadcast of the Alba truffle auction, the restaurant will become a meeting place for gourmets and truffle lovers to celebrate the rare and exquisite experience of the white Alba truffle together. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to charity.
