Standing ovations for 'Paraiso' by Cirque Bouffon in Wiesbaden - Mainz-Kastel

The audience in the theater tent at the Reduit in Wiesbaden-Mainz-Kastel celebrated the premiere of the show "Paraiso" with standing ovations. The circus tent was filled to capacity with over 600 guests. "You can feel the special magic of Cirque Bouffon as soon as you enter the tent and feel like you're in a circus living room," enthused Mike from Frankfurt, who visited Cirque Bouffon with his family. Political celebrities were also among the guests: Gerd-Uwe Mende, Lord Mayor of the City of Wiesbaden and the Lord Mayor of Mainz, Nino Haase.

What is paradise? How do you crown a headless man? Cirque Bouffon provides visitors with a poetic answer to these questions. Cirque Bouffon transports you into a dream world full of magic and poetry, created by an international ensemble of artists. The mixture of classical and modern circus, complemented by whimsical comedy, theater, dance and song, creates a dreamlike world of wonder that invites you to marvel, laugh and dream.

The French director Frédéric Zipperlin, formerly a member of the world-famous Cirque du Soleil, has created a new kind of artistic theater together with Anja Krips and the Cirque Bouffon company. "Paraiso", paradise, presents itself as a magical place where everyone can be king or queen. Whimsical situations and dreamlike magic whisk the audience away to a world that is always different from what you think. The spectacular costumes and top artistic performances are a particular highlight of the show. Noemie Pichereau from France is involved in almost all the stage acts and delights the audience with her unique comedic style. Helena Lehmann, a trained ballerina from the Ukraine, presents an incomparable mixture of acrobatic stunts, classical elegance and tingling sensuality. Annika Hemmerling fascinates with an unusual flower balance and her trapeze skills. She also captivates the audience as the little man in the coat without a head. Winston Fuenmayor from Venezuela combines clowning, theater, juggling and comedy in an elegant and gestural way. Alexis Hedrick from the USA impresses the audience with a passionate rope and cyr wheel performance. Alexander Mitin demonstrates with incredible ease his ability to bend his body into unimaginable positions - always with a smile.

"Paraiso" is more than just a circus show. It is a liberation and an invitation to pause and rediscover oneself, full of creative power and exuberant joie de vivre. "Paraiso" touches and stays in the audience's heart.
