Surfing above the rooftops of Frankfurt. There was indeed already on the terrace of the MyZeil. But the premiere of the Surf Days on the roof garden of the Skyline Plaza is of course a little more attractive because of the view and the greenery: Surfing in the shadow of the Messeturm - something like that only exists in Frankfurt. For nine days (Sunday included), there will be a mobile wave here that offers pure vacation feeling - and that in the middle of the city.
Olaf M. Kindt, since March Center Manager of the shopping center at the fair, is enthusiastic about the action, which his predecessor Janine Marz had initiated. The enormous logistical challenge - such as transporting the mobile wave to the roof of the Skyline Plaza - has really paid off: The Surf Days are fun and offer a truly unique leisure experience of this kind on hot summer days! And the best thing is: No matter if beginner or pro - everybody can join in. A surf instructor is available on site to give the necessary instruction and also on the wave itself if necessary supportive to stand aside.
Mal evenly in the lunch break surf? Or simply enjoy a cool drink from the beach bar at the end of the day, sitting in a deck chair and enjoying the lively activity on the wave and the breathtaking skyline view. The Surf Days are just the beginning of great actions that will be offered on the beautiful roof garden in the coming weeks. Open air cinema from HIGH RISE CINEMA will follow the surf sessions, and then there will be camping above the city's rooftops at Skyline Camping. And in a few months, Kindt promises, one of the city's highest Christmas markets will bring the perfect festive flair to Skyline Plaza. You can't actually make better use of such a location!
