(kus) Taunusanlage will be fully closed to through traffic between Taunustor and Mainzer Landstraße in the direction of Mainzer Landstraße on two consecutive weekends: from Saturday, 7. January, 8 p.m., until Monday, January, 9, 6 a.m., and from Friday, January, 13, 6 p.m., until Monday, January, 16, 6 a.m.
In the direction of Mainzer Landstraße, traffic will be detoured via Neue Mainzer Straße, Junghofstraße and Taunusanlage. One lane in the direction of Taunustor will be available in Taunusanlage on both weekends.
The southern sidewalk along the construction site will be closed. Pedestrians and cyclists can use the paths in the green area to avoid the road.
The closure on two weekends is necessary for a building construction project in the Mainzer Landstraße/ Taunusanlage area, initially for a construction crane installation and on the following weekend to complete extensive concreting work.
