The retailer TK Maxx is continuing its expansion in Germany and is opening a new store in Frankfurt's Skyline Plaza in autumn 2025. Customers will be able to hunt for bargains on around 1320 square meters.
With its "Off Price" concept, TK Maxx offers brand and designer fashion as well as home accessories with discounts of up to 60 percent compared to the recommended retail price (RRP). The company's aim is to create an attractive price-performance ratio and turn the shopping experience into a kind of treasure hunt.
The new store in Skyline Plaza will be the fourth location in Frankfurt - in addition to the existing stores in Berger Strasse, Nordwestzentrum and Hessen Center.
Skyline Plaza is also about to undergo changes: Extensive modernization measures are planned this year with investments of at least 35 million euros. In future, the focus is to be placed more on the changing needs of customers. Under the new concept, only a third of the space will be dedicated to fashion stores.
TK Maxx has been represented in Germany since 2007 and has also been offering online deals since 2023. With the new store in Skyline Plaza, the company is further expanding its presence in the region.
