Tradeshow premieres of Frankfurt Fashion Week are postponed

Tradeshow premieres of Frankfurt Fashion Week are postponed

It was actually firmly planned that Frankfurt Fashion Week from 17 - 21.01.2022 can finally celebrate its brilliant premiere in Frankfurt. This will not happen, at least in large parts, because the tradeshow premieres will be postponed to July of the coming year. However, some events are still scheduled to take place in January. As things stand, showcases, vernissages, installations and exhibitions will continue to be held on the basis of custom-fit 2G and 2G+ concepts. Conferences, talks and panels will partly be realized in a reduced, hybrid form. The major events for trade visitors - Neonyt, Premium, Seek, The Ground and Val:ue - are not feasible and therefore have to be postponed to the summer, as already mentioned.

AAAREA events are to take place

But parts of the programme planned by AAAREA GmbH - an association of eleven creative agencies in Frankfurt - are also to take place as part of FFW. For example, the exhibition "RUNWAY B(eautiful)-Ebene" will be on display in the B-Level of the Hauptwache from January 11 to February 10. This will see 35 columns in the B-Level adorned with fashion photographs. A retrospective of works by Frankfurt fashion photographer Helmut Fricke will also be able to take place at Massif Central and other locations in the city centre, as things stand today. More info on AAAREA's events can be found at: https://aaarea.com/en/
