Winter break for Frankfurt outdoor pools - First indoor pools open again

So slowly the summer is coming to an end and autumn is in the starting blocks. This also means that the outdoor pool season is slowly but surely coming to an end. So the pools in the outdoor pools at the stadium, Eschersheim and Brentanobad remain empty from Monday, 07 September.

For the remaining outdoor pools, the following dates apply for the end of the season:

Freibad Riedbad Bergen-Enkheim: Tuesday, 15. September 2020

Hausen: Sunday, 04. October 2020

Silobad: Sunday, 27. September 2020

But the first indoor pools open again - so on 07 September the Textorbad in Sachsenhausen, which can receive bathers again after a five-month closure. Due to the size of the indoor pool and the prevailing pandemic rules, the public bathing operation must take place separately from the training times for schools and clubs.

The Textorbad is then Monday to Friday for the public for early swimming from 6.30 to 9 clock available. After that, only school and then club swimming will take place. On Saturdays and Sundays, the public baths will be open all day from 6.30 am to 8 pm. Thus, the Frankfurter BäderBetriebe have optimally divided the opening hours to serve the interests of all user groups equally.

Tickets are sold on site, which is why bathers can visit the bath without booking an online ticket.

The Indoor pool Riedbad Bergen-Enkheim opens from 15.09.2020

Also open are the adventure pools Rebstockbad and Panoramabad Bornheim. Please note that not all offers of the adventure pools can be used and that access to the pools is only possible with an e-ticket.
