Consumers vote business directory among Germany's best online portals

Over 44,000 consumer votes have decided: Yellow Pages is among Germany's most popular online portals. A population-representative survey of consumers by the German Institute for Service Quality and the news channel n-tv has shown that the customer service of the yellow pages directory is particularly convincing: Here Gelbe Seiten took first place in the category yellow pages.

Search, inform, compare: Internet portals are for many Germans not only advisors, but also problem solvers in many areas of life. Every year, the German Institute for Service Quality and n-tv want to know from consumers which providers are the most popular. Gelbe Seiten was once again honored with the award "Germany's Best Online Portals". Overall, Gelbe Seiten once again landed in the top 4 of the best business directories in the favour of consumers.

Central features of the survey were customer satisfaction in the areas of range and performance, customer service and Internet presence, which were divided into further criteria such as quality and variety of the service offered, friendliness and advisory skills in customer enquiries or information content and user-friendliness of the website. The willingness of customers to recommend the site to others was also queried.

Gauge of quality and scope of services
