Latin Fusion Kitchen replaces Guck Mal Wer Da Kocht

The concept was original and exciting, but now restaurant sharing is over. Founders Hernando Ospina and Daniele Marino wanted to move forward, so they decided to focus on their own restaurant with a fixed concept. The summer break was used to redesign the premises a bit and to work on what awaits the guests at Parkhaus Börse since September 1: Latin American cuisine, interpreted in a modern and surprising way.

For lunch, special menus have been created especially for the occasion, in the form of colourful bowls and gluten-free arepas with typical Latin American ingredients such as cassava, sweet potato or bean mousse, the likes of which have yet to be found in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. The bowls are available for example with pork belly, pico de gallo made of corn, bean mousse, corn tortilla and red sauce or with quinoa, leaf salad, tofu cubes, passion sauce, cucumber, pineapple, physalis mayonnaise and cassava chips. Corn fritters are offered with fried beef strips in cilantro mayonnaise and soy sauce with tomatoes and red onions, ground beef, chimichurri sauce, tomatoes and onions, or chicken breast fillet in tomato sauce, basil, oregano and mozzarella. Healthy lunch at affordable prices - that's what the makers of the "Latin Fusion Kitchen" want to score at lunchtime.

The evenings are all about tapas. It will be really exclusive: The upper area of the restaurant has been completely redesigned for this purpose. Here, guests can sample their way through all of Latin America with tapas and accompanying wines. The room is designed to be particularly suitable for celebrations, larger groups or corporate events. The tapas, created in collaboration with professional chefs Daniel Bravo and Diego Velazquez, are different variations of Latin American specialties in tasting sizes. Fusing Peruvian, Mexican, Argentinian and Colombian cuisine, diners are treated to a culinary journey through Latin America, complemented with fresh modern spirit for a very unique combination.

For the two creators, this new beginning also has a very personal touch: "The happiest memories of my childhood are of standing with my grandma in her kitchen in Colombia and helping her cook. I will never forget those smells," said Hernando Ospina, whose family on his father's side is from Colombia

. Ospina and Marino want to give their guests such memories, too. True to the motto "food unites", the operators want to unite different cultures and encourage intercultural exchange.

So if you want to embark on a very special journey through culinary Latin America, you should definitely stop by here!
